基于铅离子-苯基荧光酮-TritonX-100体系的氡荧光猝灭检测新方法

摘要 目的研究铅离子对苯基荧光酮-Triton X-100体系的荧光猝灭特性,建立基于子体铅的氡无辐射危害荧光猝灭检测新方法。方法用0.2%HAc溶液采集氡辐射的子体铅。在Tris-HAc缓冲介质中,Pb^(2+)与PF形成配位物,经非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100敏化,体系发生灵敏的荧光猝灭效应,ΔF与Pb^(2+)浓度呈良好的线性关系,与氡的辐射强度之间具有良好的数学定量关系。据此,建立氡的荧光猝灭检测新方法。结果 Pb^(2+)浓度为1.44 ng/ml^300 ng/ml时,铅离子-苯基荧光酮-Triton X-100体系ΔF与ρ之间呈现良好的线性关系,标准曲线的回归方程为ΔF=8.78ρ+82.02,相关系数(r)=0.999 1,检出限为0.43 ng/ml。氡辐射强度[D,×10~3(Bq·h)/m^3]为8.76、17.90、56.49、66.38时,氡样品测定溶液的ΔF值与D值之间呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为ΔF=10.37D+365.25,r=0.990 6。结论本方法灵敏、准确,操作简单,在无辐射危害的条件下可检测放射性气体氡。 Objective To find out the fluorescence quenching properties of lead ion- phenylfluorone- Triton X- 100 system,and to establish a new method for the detection of the fluorescence quenching of the radon ion radiation hazard. Methods Lead progeny in radon radiation was collected with 0. 2% HAc solution. In Tris- HAc buffer medium,Pb(2+)and PF formed coordination compound through the non ionic surface active agent Triton X- 100 sensitization,the sensitive fluorescence quenching phenomenon appeared. The fluorescence quenching degree( ΔF) showed a good linear relationship with Pb(2+). The radiation intensity of radon had a good mathematic quantitative relationship. According to the above,a new method of fluorescence quenching detection of radon was established. Results When the concentration of Pb(2+)was 1. 44 ng / ml- 300 ng / ml,ΔF of the lead ion- phenylfluorone- Triton X- 100 system and ρ had a good linear relationship,the regression equation of the standard curve was ΔF = 8. 78ρ + 82. 02 and correlation coefficient was 0. 999 1,the detection limit was 0. 43 ng / ml. When radon radiation strength[D,× 10-3( Bq·h) /m3]were 8. 76,17. 90,56. 49,66. 38,ΔF value of radon determination solution showed a good linear relationship with D value and ΔF = 10. 37 D + 365. 25 and the correlation coefficient was 0. 990 6. Conclusion The method was sensitive,accurate and simple,and it was a simple method to detect radioactive gas radon in the condition of no radiation hazard.
