蜂胶姜黄软胶囊大鼠喂养试验 被引量:4

Feeding test of propolis tumeric softgel in rats

摘要 目的对蜂胶姜黄软胶囊的食用安全性进行毒性评价。方法 SD大鼠80只,体重为50 g^70 g,随机分成4组,包括3个试验组(0.83 g/kg_(体重)、1.67 g/kg_(体重)、3.33 g/kg_(体重)),1个溶剂对照组,每组20只大鼠,雌、雄各半。单笼饲养,每日灌胃,连续观察30 d。每周记录1次体重和2次食物摄入量,计算每周及总的食物利用率。试验期末,检测大鼠血常规、血生化指标,并取大鼠主要脏器做组织病理学检查。结果各组大鼠均未见异常症状和体征,也无死亡,各剂量组大鼠体重增重、进食量、食物利用率、血常规、血生化、脏器重和脏/体分别和溶剂对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),病理组织学检查未见异常变化。结论蜂胶姜黄软胶囊最大无损害作用剂量>3.33 g/kg_(体重),相当于人体推荐摄入量的100倍,在本实验剂量范围内,属安全性保健食品。 Objective To evaluate the toxicity of propolis tumeric softgel in rats for edible safety. Methods 80 SD rats( 50 g-70 g) were randomly divided into four groups,including three experimental groups( 0. 083 g/kg·BW,0. 167 g/kg·BW,3. 33 g / kg·BW) and one solvent control group. There were 20 rats in each group with half male and the other half female. Rats in experimental groups were given test materials for 30 d with each rat in single cage. Once body weight and twice food intake dose were recorded weekly to calculate the weekly and total food utility rates. At the end of the experiment,the hematological and biochemical examinations were carried out,and the cardinal organs were taken for histopathological examination. Results During the tests,no adverse effects,signs and no death were observed in each group. Compared with the control group,the differences of the growth of body weight,food intake,food availability,routine blood,serum biochemistry,organ weight and the organ body ratio in the treatment groups had no statistical significance( P〈0. 05),and histopathologic examination showed no specific lesions. Conclusion The largest dose of propolis tumeric softgel for no obvious adverse effects was 3. 33 g / kg·BW,which is equivalent to 100 times of the recommended amount for human body. Within the scope of this test dose,propolis soft capsule is a kind of safe and healthy food products.
