2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与IL-1β、IL-18水平的相关性 被引量:4

Relativity between interleukin-1β,interleukin-18 and carotid artery intima-media thickness in type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与IL-1β、IL-18水平之间的相关性,并讨论其作用机制。方法收集本院2013年6月-12月2型糖尿病患者126例,并根据华盛顿大学颈动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块的超声分级0级-3级分别分为A、B、C、D 4个小组,检测所有患者血清中IL-1β、IL-18浓度,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果 IL-1β、IL-18之间存在明显相关性(r=8.03);T2DM非合并AS组IL-1β、IL-18浓度明显低于合并AS组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);T2DM合并AS组中B组IL-1β、IL-18浓度明显高于C组、D组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且IL-1β、IL-18浓度与IMT无明显相关性(r值分别为0.217、0.255)。结论 IL-1β、IL-18的分泌和作用具有一定相似性,在AS形成早期作用明显,与IMT并不同步发展。 Objective To investigate the relativity between interleukin- 1β,interleukin- 18 and carotid artery intima- media thickness( IMT) in type 2 diabetes( T2DM),and to discuss the mechanism. Methods 126 T2 DM patients in this hospital were enrolled during June- December in 2013,which were divided into A,B,C,D group according to atherosclerosis plaque ultrasonic classification( 0- Ⅲ grade) constituted by Washington university; serum IL- 1β,IL- 18 concentrations were detected for further analysis combined with the clinical data. Results There was correlation between IL- 1β and IL- 18( r =8. 03); the concentrations of IL- 1β and IL- 18 in T2 DM without AS were lower than the AS group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). In T2 DM with AS group,the concentrations of B group were higher than those of C group or D group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05),besides,there was no evident relationship between IL-1β,IL- 18 and IMT( r = 0. 217,0. 255,respectively). Conclusion IL- 1β,IL- 18 are similar on secretion and effect,and the effect is obvious in the early stage of AS,and they express asynchronous development with the IMT.
