摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌组织GOLPH2的表达与临床病理参数和预后的关系。方法随机选取145例确诊的结直肠癌患者的癌组织,另选取30例结直肠癌患者的癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测GOLPH2的表达,分析其表达程度与临床病理参数和预后的关系。结果 GOLPH2在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为81.38%,明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。在中低分化组织、临床分期3期-4期组织和淋巴结转移中GOLPH2均为高表达,其高表达率明显高于高分化、1期-2期及无淋巴结转移组织,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。随访5年,GOLPH2阳性表达组术后1年的累积生存率为41.82%,明显低于GOLPH2阴性表达组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),但与术后3年和5年生存率、复发率和转移率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 GOLPH2在结直肠癌组织中存在高表达,其表达程度与肿瘤分化程度、临床分期及术后短期生存率密切相关,可能是结直肠癌发生、发展的重要机制之一。
Objective To study the GOLPH2 expression in colorectal cancer tissues and the relationship with clinical pathological parameters and prognosis. Methods Carcinoma adjacent tissues were collected from 145 cases of colorectal cancer and 30 cases of colorectal cancer randomly. The expression of GOLPH2 was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression level and clinical pathological parameters,prognosis was analyzed. Results The positive rate of GOLPH2 in colorectal cancer organizations was 81. 38%,which was significantly higher than the carcinoma adjacent tissue group,with the difference statistically significant( P = 0. 001). GOLPH2 had high expression in low and middle differentiation tissue,3- 4 clinical stage and lymph node metastasis,and it was significantly higher than that of high differentiation tissue,1- 2 clinical stage and non lymph node metastasis,with the difference statistically significant( P = 0. 001). Following- up for 5 years,1 year survival rate in patients with positive expression of GOLPH2 was 41. 82%,which was significantly lower than the GOLPH2 negative expression group,with the difference statistically significant( P = 0. 001),but there was no statistical significance on the differences of the survival rate,recurernce rate and transport rate in 3 years and 5 years after surgery( P〈0. 05). Conclusion GOLPH2 in colorectal cancer tissues is with high expression rate,and its expression degree is closely related to extent of differentiation,clinical stage and postoperative survival rate. It may be one of the important mechanisms for the development of colorectal cancer.
