联合检测CA125、血管内皮生长因子C和β_2-微球蛋白对卵巢癌淋巴结转移早期诊断的价值

Combined detection value of CA125,VEGF-C and β_2-MG in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer lymph node metastasis

目的探讨卵巢癌患者血清CA125、VEGF-C及β_2-MG水平联合检测对诊断卵巢癌腹膜后淋巴结转移早期诊断的临床价值,为卵巢癌腹膜后淋巴结转移提供血清学预测指标。方法检测血清CA125用电化学发光法,血清VEGF-C采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA),血清β_2-MG检测用胶乳增强免疫比浊法。卵巢癌行腹膜后淋巴结清扫术患者51例为实验组,其中卵巢癌腹膜后淋巴结转移23例。卵巢良性上皮肿瘤32例为对照组。结果卵巢癌患者血清CA125、VEGF-C、β_2-MG水平明显高于良性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);卵巢癌淋巴结转移组血清CA125、VEGF-C、β_2-MG水平均明显高于卵巢癌组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。联合检测血清VEGF-C+β_2-MG+CA125各项检测指标,对卵巢癌腹膜后淋巴转移的诊断灵敏度、特异度、准确率分别为95.8%、97.3%、98.5%。结论血清CA125、VEFG-C、β_2-MG水平联合检测对预测卵巢癌腹膜后淋巴结转移有重要临床价值。

Objective To investigate the combined detection value of serum CA125,VEGF- C and β2- MG levels in patients with ovarian cancer in the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer clinical value of retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis,so as to provide serological predictor for retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer. Methods To detect the serum CA125 using electricity chemiluminescence,serum VEGF- C was detected using enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）,and serum β2- MG was detected with latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method. 51 patients with ovarian cancer lines of retroperitoneal lymph node cleaning operation were collected as the experimental group,23 cases were with retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer. 32 cases with ovarian benign tumors were collected as control group. Results Serum CA125,VEGF- C and β2- MG levels in ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than those in benign group,with the difference statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）; and that in the lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than that in ovarian cancer group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Combined detection was conducted on the serum index of VEGF- C ＋ β2- MG ＋ CA125,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rate of ovarian cancer retroperitoneal lymph node metastasis were 95. 8%,97. 3%,98. 5%,respectively. Conclusion Combined detection of VEFG- C,β2- MG and CA125 in serum has important clinical value in predicting lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer.
