摘要 在研究现有旋转导向系统构成和关键组成单元结构及工作原理的基础上,分析了国内外旋转导向钻井系统的结构特点,并结合现场旋转导向系统的使用原则提出了新型全旋转动态指向式旋转导向钻井系统。该系统主要由地面监控系统、地面与井下双向传输通信系统、钻井液发电系统、井下控制系统、井下测量系统和导向机构组成。系统将井下闭环和地面闭环相结合,实现旋转钻进过程中连续井斜和方位的调整,节省了频繁起下钻时间;系统的可控弯接头的偏心机构由内、外2个偏心环组成,并利用内、外偏心和矢量进行轨迹控制。可控弯接头偏心机构通过控制外偏心环伺服电机来驱动,可实现导向轴的摆动,保证可控弯接头实现导向钻进。 On the basis of study on the existing rotary steerable system’ s composition and structure and work?ing principle of key components, the structural characteristics of the rotary steerable drilling system has been ana?lyzed?With the combination of the field application principle of rotary steerable system, a new full rotation point?the?bit dynamic rotary steerable drilling system has been proposed?The system mainly consists of surface monitoring system, surface and subsurface bidirectional transmission and communication system, drilling fluid power system, downhole control system, downhole measurement system and steering mechanism?Combining the downhole closed?loop and surface closed?loop, the system could continuously adjust the inclination and azimuth during rotary drilling process, saving the tripping time?The eccentric mechanism of the system’ s controllable bending sub consists of in?ner and outer eccentric rings and use the inner and outer eccentric and vector to achieve trajectory control?The ec?centric mechanism is driven by the outer eccentric ring servo motor to achieve steering shaft swinging, ensuring the controllable bending sub achieve steering drilling.
