摘要
针对某电厂末级过热器受热面管在运行过程中发生的泄漏事故,通过对末级过热器管进行外观检查、割管检查、光谱检测、力学性能及金相组织检测,找出事故原因,提出改进方案。分析结果表明:末级过热器管长期过热造成材料微观组织老化是导致其泄漏的主要原因。
Aiming at the leakage accident of final-stage superheater tube heating surface in apower plant,through exterior inspection,tubes cutting inspection,spectral detection,mechanicalproperty test and metallographic test finds out the accident cause,puts forward improvement scheme.The analysis result shows that the main causes of final stage superheater tubes leakage is that longtermoverheating result in the tube material microstructure aging.
