The Military and Industrial Complex of Russia: an Important Platform of Technology Innovation

苏联时期,在东西方冷战的背景下,逐渐形成了独特的领域——军工综合体。依靠国家的资源,军工综合体不仅打造了强大的国防,也在国民经济中发挥极为重要的作用。苏联解体后,由于国家投入大幅度减少,军工综合体处境艰难。虽然规模明显缩减,但其实力仍然强大,近些年,经过调整,军工综合体走上了稳步发展道路。

In the background of cold war, a unique domain named military and industrial complex grew up gradually in the Soviet Union. Depending on the resource of the country, the military and industrial complex not only contributed to strong national defense but also played an irreplaceable part of national economy. After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the military and industrial complex was in a devil of hole because of the decrease of state investment.Though the scale of the military and industrial complex decreased,it still had a great power. In recent years, the military and industrial complex has gone on a stable path after state adjustment.
