摘要
将环形聚能切割技术应用于水平井连续油管遇卡事故处理中,可以解决连续油管在水平井中的遇卡事故。针对2英寸连续油管的特点,设计了一种聚能切割弹及连接装置马笼头,主要从切割弹结构设计、药型罩结构设计、装药选择、马笼头结构设计及施工工艺等方面进行了研究。通过地面切割试验、现场应用,设计的聚能切割装置,及电缆传输工艺实现了水平井中遇卡连续油管的切割解卡,操作简便、施工安全。
In order to eliminate the sticking accident of coiled-tubing in horizontal wells,the annular shaped charge cutting technology was applied.In response to the features of 2inches coiled-tubing,one cumulative cutter and connective device was designed.The structure design of cutter and shaped charge liner,charge selection,the bridle structure design and the connective device with the technique were mainly studied.The cutter has resolved the problem of cutting the sticking coiled-tubing in horizontal wells by the cutting experiments and application.
