本文介绍了某车型地毯材料的开发和工程应用、前期出现质量问题的改善对策、以及关键工序的先进设备和先进技术,提出了PTEB新型地毯材料在国内轻型商用车推广应用的方向和思路。

In this report, we present the development and engineering application of a mat material, countermeasures for quality problem happened at initial phase, advanced equipment and technology for critical process. Direction and thought for the popularization and application of new PTEB mat material in domestic light commercial vehicles are reported.
