摘要
本文分析了硅油风扇离合器在汽车行驶工况中的工作原理,得出硅油风扇离合器的非故障性失效模式是根本原因,并且提出了非故障性失效模式的解决措施和思路。结果表明,解决措施的效果明显。
This paper analyzes the working principle of viscous fan clutch in the condition of the car, draws non-faulty of viscous fan clutch is the Fundamental cause of the failure mode, and puts forward solutions and ideas of non-fault failure mode.The results show that the solution effect is obvious.
