摘要
利用Car Sim软件基于总成特性参数的建模方式建立了某微车的整车动力学模型,首先分析前束角及外倾角K特性对整车操纵稳定性的影响灵敏度,将灵敏度大的设计因子作为更改前悬硬点的设计目标,并通过Adams/Insight软件对前悬硬点做灵敏度分析,提出一种起通过如何更改前悬硬点来提高整车操纵稳定性能的方法。
Use the characters which base on assembly characteristics of software Carsim to build the dynamic model of one mini-car.First,analyzing the impact sensitivity of toe and camber K characteristics on vehicle handling stability,and then selecting max design factor sensitivity as design goal of changing the front suspension hard points by Adams/Car and Adams/Insight. and eventually establish a method to improve the vehicle handling and stability performance through how to change the front suspension hard points and bush characteristic.
