摘要 前束调整台(四轮定位)设备是轿车检测线的核心设备之一,前束调整台是测量调整轿车前后轮前束设备,同时具有外倾角测量、底盘高度测量、车辆前照灯测量调整、轿车电控单元诊断测试、方向盘对中等功能;前束调整台设备包括:前束工控系统NCA、激光测量工控系统QNX、前照灯测量系统HLA、车辆对中系统以及可编程控制系统等部分;本文对前束调整台设备的各部分组成原理及故障维修结合多年积累的维修经验逐一做了详细的描述。 Toe-in adjustment (four wheel positioning ) equipment is a car detection line equipment, bundle adjustment is measuring and adjusting front and rear of the car front wheel beam device has an outer angle measurement, chassis height measurement, vehicle front headlight adjustment, car electronic control unit diagnosis test, steering wheel medium function; anterior bundle adjustment device including: before the beam control system, the NCA, laser measurement system QNX, headlight lamps and measure the HLA system, vehicle system and programmable control system. In this paper. the bundle adjustment device of the composition principle and fault maintenance with maintenance experience one by one to do a detailed description.
