临床微生物标本采集中存在的问题及策略分析

Analysis of problems and strategies in clinical microbiology specimen collection

目的探究临床微生物标本采集工作中存在着的问题及应采取的改进策略。方法选取我院2013年2月至2015年1月采集的微生物标本9 562例,对其采集工作中存在问题进行分析探究,并制定针对化的改进策略。与此同时,将2013年2月至2014年1月未实施干预措施采集的微生物标本5 021例作为对照组;将2014年2月至2015年1月未实施干预措施后采集的微生物标本4 541例作为干预组,对比两组标本采集问题发生率。结果微生物标本采集中主要问题为:采集时间不符要求;标本运送不及时;微生物标本采集操作缺乏规范性;护士长未明确标本采集流程缺陷。干预组的标本采集问题发生率要明显低于对照组,且两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床微生物标本采集中存在问题众多,对其制定落实针对化的改进措施极为重要,以此帮助提升标本采集质量。

Objective To explore the problems in the collection of clinical microbiology specimen and the improvement strategy. Methods Selected 9,562 cases of microbial samples collected from February 2013 -2015 in our hospital in January,and analyzed the problems in the collection,and made the improvement strategy.At the same time,there were 5,021 microbial samples collected from the February 2013 ~ 2014 in January as a control group. The microbial samples collected from 4,541 cases of the ~ 2015 were collected from February 2014 to January,and compared with the control group,the incidence rate was compared between the two groups.Results The main problems in the collection of microbial samples were： the collection time was not required;the specimen is not in time; the sample collection and operation of the sample is lack of standardization; the nurse is not clear the specimen collection process. In the intervention group,the incidence of specimen collection was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions There are a lot of problems in the collection of clinical microbiology specimen,and it is very important to develop the improvement measures and to help improve the quality of specimen collection.
