补骨脂-淫羊藿药对对去卵巢骨质疏松型大鼠血清IL-10、TNF-α水平的影响 被引量:11

Effects of Fructus Psoraleae- Herba Epimedii on serum IL- 10 and TNF- αlevels in ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis

摘要 目的:观察补骨脂-淫羊藿药对对去卵巢骨质疏松型大鼠血清中IL-10、TNF-α水平的影响,探讨补骨脂-淫羊藿药对防治绝经后骨质疏松症的作用机制。方法:3月龄SD雌性大鼠40只,分为假手术组、模型组、壮骨止痛胶囊组、阳性对照组、补骨脂-淫羊藿药对组,采用去卵巢3个月制备绝经后骨质疏松大鼠模型,连续灌胃13周后检测比较各组大鼠血清IL-10、TNF-α水平。结果:与模型组比较,补骨脂-淫羊藿药对组能提高骨质疏松模型大鼠血清IL-10水平,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);补骨脂-淫羊藿药对组能显著降低模型大鼠血清TNF-α水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补骨脂-淫羊藿药对可以抑制骨吸收,调节成骨细胞与破骨细胞的功能活动,使成骨细胞活动加剧,破骨细胞活动减弱,从而使骨吸收/骨形成代谢保持动态平衡。 Objective: To observe the effects of Fructus Psoraleae- Herba Epimedii on serum interleukin- 10( IL- 10) and tumor necrosis factor- alpha( TNF- α) levels in ovariectomized rats with osteoporosis and to investigate the mechanism of action of Fructus Psoraleae- Herba Epimedii in preventing and treating postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods: Forty female Sprague- Dawley rats( 3 months old) were randomly divided into sham- operation group,model group,bone- strengthening and pain- relieving capsule group,positive control group,and Fructus Psoraleae- Herba Epimedii group. A rat model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was obtained 3 months after ovariectomization for all rats except those in the sham- operation group. After 13 weeks of intragastric administration,serum levels of IL- 10 and TNF- α were measured and compared between these groups. Results: Compared with the model group,the Fructus Psoraleae- Herba Epimedii group had a nonsignificantly increased serum IL- 10 level( P〉0. 05) and a significantly reduced serum TNF- α level( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: Fructus Psoraleae- Herba Epimedii can inhibit bone resorption,increase the activity of osteoblasts,and reduce the activity of osteoclasts,thus maintaining the dynamic balance between bone formation and resorption.
