师生冲突中教师权威的旁落与重塑 被引量:2

摘要 教师权威是教师在教育教学过程中逐渐形成和发展起来的。然而在当下师生冲突频发的学校教育中,教师权威正遭受着挑战与质疑,逐渐旁落。一方面教师权威的滥用容易引发师生冲突,另一方面教师权威的旁落也加剧了师生冲突。既然师生冲突不容易避免,教师就应该在师生冲突中重新审视教师权威,并从"情"、"德"、"才"、"能"四个方面重塑教师权威。 Teachers' authority develops in the process of education. However, at present, teachers' authority are being challenged and questioned in the frequent conflicts between teachers and students, thus gradually lost. On the one hand, teachers' abuse of authority easily leads to conflicts between teachers and students; on the other hand, loss of the authority also intensifies the conflicts between teachers and students. Since the conflict is inevitable, the teachers should review their authority in the conflict, and reshape the authority from four aspects:passion, morality, talent, and capacity.
