摘要
目的:观察秩边透水道对原发性痛经模型大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:用苯甲酸雌二醇和缩宫素模拟制作痛经模型,观察痛经模型大鼠扭体反应情况并检测大鼠外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8水平。结果:秩边透水道能明显减少大鼠30 min内的扭体次数,与模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);模型组CD3、CD4、CD8水平与空白组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);传统针刺组和秩边透水道组CD3、CD4、CD8水平与模型组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:秩边透水道对痛经大鼠有镇痛作用,并在一定程度上能够使CD3、CD4、CD8水平产生变化,对免疫系统产生影响。
Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture at Zhibian point on T lymphocyte subsets of primary dysmenorrhea model rats. Methods: Establish estradiol benzoate and oxytocin simulation dysmenorrhea models,and observe the body torsion reaction and detect the rats' peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD3,CD4 and CD8 levels. Results: Acupuncture at Zhibian point could significantly decrease the number of twist body for 30 minutes. Compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 01); in the model group CD3,CD4 and CD8 levels were compared with those in the blank group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 01). As to the traditional acupuncture group and acupuncture at Zhibian point group acording to CD3,CD4 and CD8 levels compared with those in the model group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion: Acupuncture at Zhibian point has an analgesic action for primary dysmenorrhea model rats,and to a certain extent,it can change the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD3,CD4 and CD8 levels,affecting the immune system.
