目前我国正处于社会公共需求变化时期,公共文化需求的变化与服务无法协调发展已经成为我国经济社会发展的主要矛盾。政府的主要职能是满足社会公共文化需求,为社会提供良好的产品与服务,想要满足社会公共需求,就应由政府提供良好的公共服务。本文主要针对社会公共需求变化与公共文化服务体系建设进行分析,以此为满足社会公共需求提供一定的参考。

At present, our country is in the period of social public culture demand changes, the changes of public demand and service can not coordinate development has become the main contradiction of China＇s economic and social development.
