摘要 冠状动脉临界病变与心血管不良事件密切相关,通常冠脉造影(coronary angiography,CAG)是评价临界病变的主要方法,但由于提供的有限信息,也无法评价斑块的易损性,给予药物治疗或是介入治疗,存在争议。虚拟组织学-血管内超声(VH—IVUS)能准确判断冠脉粥样硬化斑块的组成和性质以及精确测量狭窄的程度。本文主要对VH—IVUS在冠脉临界病变诊疗中的应用做一综述。 The coronary arteries intermediate stenosis is closely related to cardiovascular adverse events. Usually coronary angiography ( the CAG) is the main method of evaluation of intermediate stenosis. But because it provides limited information and the lack of evaluation of plaque vulnerability. Virtual histology intravascular ultrasound ( VH - IVUS) can accurately determine the composition of coronary atherosclerotic plaque and accurately measure the degree of stenosis. This article mainly discusses applications of virtual histology intravascular uhrasound in diagnosis and treatment of coronary intermediate stenosis.
