微量元素及血铅水平与儿童发生贫血的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between the trace elements and blood lead level and anemia in children

摘要 目的:探讨贫血儿童体内微量元素铁、锌、钙、镁、铜和重金属铅的检测情况。方法:将经确诊的贫血患儿60例纳入研究对象,根据贫血程度分为轻度、中度和重度;同期抽取来体检的健康儿童60例作为对照组。对所有儿童进行微量元素和重金属铅的检测,对比观察组和对照组、观察组中轻度、中度和重度贫血患儿体内5种微量元素和血铅水平差异,分析儿童贫血和这些指标的相关性。结果:观察组患儿铁、锌和镁含量明显低于对照组,而钙和铅含量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组微量元素铜含量没有明显的差异(P>0.05)。随着贫血程度的增加,铁、锌、镁含量明显降低,钙和铅的含量明显升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),铜的含量没有明显的变化(P>0.05);血铁、血锌与血铅浓度与血液学参数有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:贫血患儿体内微量元素和铅的水平和正常儿童相比有明显的差异,贫血程度越高,微量元素和铅的水平变化越明显,血铁、血锌与血铅浓度与血液学参数有明显的相关性。 Objective To explore the detection results of the trace elements including iron, zinc, calcium, magnesi- um, copper and lead in children with anemia. Methods Sixty cases of children diagnosed as anemia were enrolled as re- search subjects, who were assigned into mild,moderate and severe groups according to their degree of anemia. And 60 healthy children who came to health service center for health examination were chosen as control group. Trace elements and lead detection were conducted among all the children,the differences between the observation groups and the con- trol group were compared and the correlation of these indicators with children's anemia was analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,contents of iron,zinc and magnesium were lower while contents Of calcium and lead was higher in the observation groups with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05) ;there was no obvious difference in the con- tent of copper(P〉0.05). With the.increase of the degree of anemia,the contents of iron,zinc,magnesium decreased while the contents of calcium and lead increased, which had statistical significance(P〈0.05), yet the content of copper did not change obviously(P〉0.05) ;serum iron, zip_c in blood and blood lead levels and hematological parameters had obvious correlation(P〈0.05). Conclusions Trace elements and lead level in children with anemia are obviously different from those in normal children. The severer the degree of anemia, the more obvious the changes in the levels of trace ele- ments and lead. Blood iron,zinc in blood and blood lead levels are obviously correlated with hematological parameters.
