特厚板坯结晶器内液面波动的水模拟实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study of water simulation on surface disturbance patterns in the mold of extra-thickness slab

摘要 以武重特厚板坯连铸结晶器为研究对象,采用1:1模型进行水模拟实验,引入新型点阵激光浪高测试系统,研究了拉坯速度、浸入式水口插入深度对结晶器液面波动的影响。实验结果表明:在相同插入深度下增加拉坯速度或相同拉坯速度下减小插入深度都会使液面波动增大,此次实验中拉速较插入深度对液面波动拥有更明显的影响。为更好的控制铸坯质量,在现有工况参数下建议使用0.2 m/min拉速和200 mm水口插入深度。 In order to research the extra-thickness slab mold of Wuhan Heavy Duty Machine Tool Group Corporation,the 1:1 scale of water mode and a kind of new lattice laser test system for surface disturbance are established to investigate the effects of casting speed and immersion depth on surface disturbance in the extra-thickness slab mold. The experimental results show that surface disturbance is to be exacerbated with the increasing of casting speed or the decreasing of immersion depth. At the meantime,it reveals that the casting speed has more obvious effects on the surface disturbance than the immersion depth. To optimize the technological parameter and control the quality of slabs,the casting speed and immersion depth should be 0.2 m/min and 200 mm respectively under current conditions.
