都江堰灌区节水改造与灌区现代化建设思路探讨

Discussion on proposals for water-saving rehabilitation and modernization in Dujiangyan irrigation district

都江堰灌区通过30年的扩(改)建工程和节水改造工程建设,灌溉面积不断扩大,灌区节水效益显著,粮食安全得到保障,取得显著经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。对都江堰灌区节水改造取得效益和目前存在问题进行分析,提出了下一步灌区建设的思路和对策。通过加大灌区工程硬件建设、建立灌区维修养护投入机制、加强灌区运行管理人员培训、加强灌区灌溉试验站建设和建立水生态循环处理系统等措施,进一步提高灌区管理水平,建设现代化灌区,为促进区域经济社会发展作出更大贡献。

Along with construction of rehabilitation projects for water saving in past 30 years, irrigated area in Dujiangyan irrigation district has been gradually expanded, resuhing in obvious water saving benefit. Grain yield are secured and remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits are obtained. Measures for further improvement are worked out, such as strengthening hardware and operation and maintenance system, training of managerial staff and establishing experiment stations for irrigation and water ecosystem recycling. The objective of the project is to improve management and make contribution to economic and social development through modernization of irrigation district.
