右旋美托咪定对小儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒期躁动的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨右旋美托咪定对小儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒期躁动的影响。方法 100例行七氟醚麻醉患儿,根据住院尾号奇偶分为目标组与对照组,每组50例。对照组麻醉过程给予生理盐水缓慢静脉推注,目标组患儿麻醉过程给予右旋美托咪定缓慢静脉推注。比较两组唤醒时间、麻醉维持时间、拔管时间和苏醒期躁动发生率。结果目标组患儿唤醒时间、麻醉维持时间、拔管时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。目标组苏醒期躁动发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右旋美托咪定的应用可减少小儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒期躁动发生率,值得临床推广。
