摘要
目的对重症医学科进修医师的管理及培养过程进行总结,以期提高科室的管理质量及教学水平。方法 2010年以来,某科共接受各类进修培训医师103名,该组学员均进修学习6个月。具体带教方法包括:严格进修医师接收条件,坚持岗前培训和个性化培养,运用各类教学方法加强临床思维能力培训,强化病历书写管理,重视理论教学和科研能力提高,实行结业考核制度。结果学员进修结束时进行测评,结果为:优88人,占85.4%;良13人,占12.6%;可2人,占1.9%。103名进修学员全部能够掌握重症医学的一般临床操作过程和专业基本理论知识,其中65人能够独立承担重症医学科临床医疗工作。结论通过上述教学方法,能够使进修医师真正学到专业知识并提高业务水平,适用于重症医学科临床教学。
Objective This article aims to summarize patterns for the management and cultivation of refresher physicians in Department of Critical Care Medicine, and improve the management quality and teaching level of ICU. Methods Since 2010, our department has accepted 103 refresher physicians, and all trainees studied for six months in ICU. The following contents have been included: A strict access system and pre-job training have been established in order to ensure the professional ability of the refresher physician. The knowledge structure and clinical ability of the refresher physician have been evaluated to implement the individually training schemes. All kinds of teaching modes have been adopted to improve the refresher physician's clinical practice ability. The management and quality of medical records should be intensified. To improve their academic communication level and research ability by means of paying attention to theoretical teaching. A series of systems including the assessment as well as the long time following-up have also been constructed. Results Students were evaluated at the end of study, the results showed: excellent(88, 85.4%); good(13, 12.6%); general(2, 1.9%). All 103 students could master the clinical operation processes and basic theories, of which 65 students could undertake clinical work independently. Conclusions Practices have proved that the integrated teaching method is effective and suitable for the clinical teaching in intensive care medicine.
