Research of Nursing Care of Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Recepients

造血干细胞移植是临床治愈血液系统恶性疾病最有效的策略,随着造血干细胞的广泛普及和发展,移植前预处理、环境保护等常规护理措施以及规范已日臻成熟,而如何处理和应对移植后相关并发症是进一步改善异基因造血干细胞移植预后的重要因素,本文旨在阐述移植后的基础护理与及时发现和处理移植相关并发症,应用心理干预疏导对患者进行心理干预,从而提高造血干细胞移植预后。

Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is the only curative strategy for hematological malignances.This technique has been well promoted with widely-spread application in clinical practice, in terms of nursing care for complications of conditioning and environmental protection. However, it is still critical to study how to handle post-transplant procedure related complications, which is of great importance on patients＇ prognosis. In this study,we expatiate positive impact of basic post-transplant nursing care and timely deal with of transplant-related complications on prognosis of patients. Psychological intervention by experienced nurse on allo-HSCT recipients is related to improved survival and quality of life.
