112例老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者家庭关怀度现状及其影响因素研究

Family care status of 112 senile diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis and its influencing factors

目的 :调查老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者家庭关怀度指数,并分析家庭关怀度的影响因素。方法 :采用自行设计的一般资料调查表和家庭关怀度指数问卷,对112名老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者进行调查;采用多元线性回归方法分析老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者家庭关怀度的影响因素。结果 :有45名(40.18%)患者对家庭功能自我评价良好;67名(59.82%)患者家庭关怀呈中度或重度障碍;回归分析显示,患者的年龄、透析年限和糖尿病病程影响老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者家庭关怀度。结论:糖尿病肾病患者家庭关怀度指数得分较低,患者的年龄、透析年限和糖尿病病程影响糖尿病肾病患者家庭关怀度。

Objective： To investigate family care status in the elderly diabetic nephropathy patients with hemodialysis, and analyze the influencing factors. Methods： The Family Care Index （FCI） questionnaire was used in this survey. Totally 112 cases were included in this study. Results： Fourty five （40.18%） patients thought their families had good functioning, and 59.82% of the patients reported their family care had moderate or severe disorders. Patients＇ age, dialysis years and diabetes duration entered into the regression equation. Conclusion： Diabetic nephropathy patients had low FCI scores. Patients＇ age, dialysis years and diabetes duration were correlated with FCI.
