湖南省三级甲等医院血液净化护士胜任力现状及其影响因素分析

Hemopurification specialist nurses' competency and influencing factor analysis: a survey in tertiary Grade A hospitals of Hunan province

目的 :调查湖南省三级甲等医院血液净化护士胜任力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 :对湖南省20家综合性三级甲等医院345名血液净化护士进行问卷调查。结果 :护士胜任力标准化分为(87.84±9.72)分,其中获资格认证组胜任力总评得分(91.05±7.21)高于未获资格认证组(84.30±10.86);是否获得资格认证、学历、职称、专科工作年限是血液净化护士胜任力水平的影响因素。结论 :湖南省三级甲等医院血液净化护士的整体自评胜任力水平较高,获资格认证组更为满意,能够较好地胜任本职工作。认为专科资格认证培训有助于提高胜任力水平,但需要进一步加强对其教育及科研能力的培养。

Objective： To investigate the status and factors influencing competency of hemopurification nurses in tertiary grade A hospitals of Hunan province. Methods： 345 hemopurification nurses from 20 general tertiary Grade A hospitals in Hunan were investigated with a self-reported questionnaire. Results： The standardized score of Nurses＇ competency was （87.84±9.72）, certificated nurses＇ score （91.05±7.21） was higher than the uncertificated ones＇ （84.3±10.86）. Regression analysis showed that qualification, education background, professional title and specialized working year were factors influencing hemopurification nurses＇ competency, Conclusions： In Hunan, the level of hemopurification nurses＇ competency was relatively high, especially the certificated ones＇. Furthermore, specialized certificated training was proven to be an effective method to promote nurses＇ competency. Nurses＇ teaching and researching abilities need to be further improved.
