摘要
为解决除草剂阿特拉津在水生态系统不同介质中的归趋问题,在室内构建了"水-底泥-鱼-水草"微宇宙生态系统,考察了在水中加入阿特拉津后,阿特拉津在系统各介质中的分布情况.实验结果表明:阿特拉津自水相进入系统后,随着时间延长,阿特拉津在水中质量浓度逐渐减少,在底泥、水草和鱼样品中质量浓度逐渐增加,30 d后趋于稳定.水中阿特拉津初始质量浓度为6.01 mg/L,30 d后降为3.48 mg/L.初始时底泥、水草和鱼体内都不含阿特拉津,30 d后含阿特拉津分别达到0.97、1.14、67μg/g.在水生态系统各介质中,阿特拉津较易分布在水中,在生物体和底泥中累积能力相对较弱,累积能力大小顺序为水草>底泥>鱼.
A microcosm ecosystem of "water- sediments- fishes- aquatic plants"was structured in this paper aiming at determining atrazine’s fate in different mediums. The distributions of atrazine in different mediums of aquatic ecosystem were investigated. The results showed that the concentration of atrazine gradually decreased with the advance of time in water; nevertheless the concentration of atrazine gradually increased and stabilized after 30 days in sediments,fishes and aquatic plants. The concentration of atrazine decreased from the initial concentration of 6. 01 mg / L to 3. 48 mg / L after 30 days in water. Atrazine was not detected in the original samples of sediments,fishes and aquatic plants,and the concentrations reached 0. 97,0. 67,1. 14 μg / g after 30 days,respectively. Atrazine accumulated easily in water compared with other three mediums,and the accumulative capacity of atrazine was aquatic plants 〉 sediments 〉 fishes.
