中国区域政策对区域发展的影响研究

Study on China's regional policy impact on regional development

新中国成立以来,国家的区域发展政策从建国初的均衡化发展,到改革开放初以效益为目的兼顾公平的倾斜化发展,再到现在逐渐向区域间协调发展的区域政策转变,各时期区域的发展模式和成效都和当时的区域政策有一定关系.以1952～2009年中国大陆31个省市自治区历年的地区GDP增长率及人均GDP为数据基础,通过聚类分析、相关性分析等手段,定量讨论区域政策对区域发展的影响,提出区域协调发展的要求.

Since the founding of China,country’s regional development policy changed from a balanced development at the beginning,to the economy efficiency-centered development policy during the period of reform and opening-up,and then gradually to the present inter-regional coordinated development of regional policy. Regional development model and the results are related to regional policy to some extent. Therefore,this paper analyzed the regional GDP growth and per capita GDP based on China statistic databases of the 31 provinces in China's Mainland each year from 1952 ～ 2009,through cluster analysis,correlation analysis tools,and gave a quantitative discussion about the effect of regional policy on regional development.
