英根草消银方治疗寻常性银屑病血热证临床研究

Randomized controlled trial of Yinggencao formula on psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat TCM syndrome

目的 评价英根草消银方治疗寻常性银屑病血热证的疗效。方法 将符合入选标准的患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组39例和对照组36例。治疗组口服英根草消银方，对照组口服复方青黛胶囊，2组均治疗12周。治疗前后均行银屑病面积严重程度指数（psoriasis area and severity index, PASI）评分，并依据皮损情况评价疗效。结果 治疗后，治疗组PASI评分[（6.97±2.02）分比（16.88±2.91）分，t＝14.380]、对照组PASI评分[（13.14±3.18）分比（17.49±2.32）分，t＝7.780]均明显低于同组治疗前（P值分别为0.009、0.013），且治疗组PASI评分低于对照组（t＝6.480，P＝0.027）。治疗组总有效率为76.9%（30/39），对照组为61.1%（22/36），2组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝5.120，P＜0.05）。结论 英根草消银方治疗寻常性银屑病血热证的疗效明显优于复方青黛胶囊。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and security by performing the clinical study of Y^nggencao formula in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat TCM syndrome. Methods A total of 75 patients, diagnosed with Psoriasis Vulgaris Blood-heat RCM syndrome, were randomizedly divided into the treatmeat group with 39 patients and the control group with 36. The treatment group took Yinggencao formula twice daily, while the control group took Qingdai capsules three times daily. All the patients were treated 12 weeks. PASI scores were used as the main outcome and to estimate the curative effect rates. Results The PASI scores of patients in the treatment group （6.97 ~ 2.02 vs. 16.88 ~ 2.91; t=14.380, P=-0.009） and the control group （13.14 ~ 3.18 vs. 17.49 ~ 2.32; t=7.780, P=0.013） after treatment showed significantly lower than the scores before. The PASI scores showed significant difference between the two groups after the treatment （P=0.027）. The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group （76.9% vs. 61.1%; x2=5.120, P〈0.05）. Conclusions The Yinggencao formula therapy showed better effect than Qingdai capsules therapy in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat TCM syndrome.
