摘要
电子产品中塑封材料的失效与多种因素有关。选取了一个典型的"连接器破裂"的案例进行分析与验证,发现导致连接器失效的原因为其本身材质发生了变化,新的材质与其所处的化学环境不兼容导致其破裂失效。同时,给出了由于化学环境导致塑封材料失效的控制对策。
The failures of plastic materials in electronic products are related to many factors. Selected a typical connector rupture case was analyzed and verified. It is found that the connector failure was occured because the material itself has changed, the new material and the chemical environment is not compatible that results in the rupture failure. At the same time, put forward the countermeasures to control plastic material failure in chemical environment.
