LED产品SMT生产工艺方法探讨及分析

摘要 采用表面贴装LED产品,与引脚式LED相比,可以大大提高可靠性,通过缩小尺寸和轻质使产品更完美。但是,LED表面贴装在实际生产过程中,因为各种原因经常会出现不合格品,一次合格率较低。通过介绍表面贴装LED产品的SMT生产工艺方法,重点从其储存条件、生产工具和耗材的准备工作、加工过程、检验及静电防护等方面进行详细分析介绍,以此来达到提高生产效率,提高产品质量的目的。 LED products using surface mount technology, compared with pin LED, can greatly improve the reliability, by reducing the size and weight to make the product more perfect. However, substandard products and lower pass rate are often appeared in the actual production process because of various reasons. Introduce the SMT production technology of surface mount LED, focusing on the storage conditions, production tools and supplies, preparation, processing, inspection and electrostatic protection, etc., in order to achieve the purpose of improving production efficiency and improving the quality of products.
