妇科出院患者延续护理需求调查

The Investigation of Transitional Care Needs among Gynecological Discharged Patients

目的通过对妇科199例出院患者延续护理需求的调查,探讨延续护理适合的实施方法。方法采用便利抽样的方法,对即将出院患者进行延续护理需求的问卷调查。结果 199例研究对象中希望得到针对性护理指导,占82.91%;选择入户服务占52.26%;选择网络信息平台服务形式的占78.39%,为首选服务形式;76.88%患者希望在将来可能的时候护士通过手环来获得生理生化指标。结论随着互联网的普及,这种方便快捷的方式能减少人力、财力等的消耗,节约成本,更能被康复期患者接受,并且乐于尝试,以更好地提高生活质量。

Objective The transitional care needs among 199 patients of gynecological discharged patients were investigated, so as to explore the suitable method of transitional care. Methods By convenient sampling, patients to be discharged from hospital were investigated with questionnaire. Results Totally 82.91% gynecological discharged patients hope to acquire targeted care guide, and 52.26% patients choose door-to-door service. Totally 38.39% choose Web services ou the platform which is the preferred form. 76.88% patients hope to obtain physiological and biochemical indexes by bracelet. Conclusions With the popularity of the lnternet, this convenient and efficient way can reduce manpower, money, time and better accepted by patients, which is effective in improving quality of life.
