三伏贴治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical Research of Sanfu Plaster in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的:观察用三伏贴治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选取2012—2013年在綦江区中医院治疗的单纯变应性鼻炎患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照和治疗组患者各50例。对照组患者给予丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂外用鼻腔喷入,2次/d,;治疗组患者于每年三伏天进行穴位贴敷,1次/d,连续治疗1年。比较2组的临床有效性、安全性及经济性,对主要证候积分进行评定,观察症状变化。结果:对照组治疗的有效率72%明显低于治疗组患者90%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者1年的费用明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者经治疗后症状改善优于对照组患者,其证候积分显著低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者较对照组临床治疗安全性更高,其不良反应发生率显著低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三伏贴治疗变应性鼻炎具有确切疗效,其效果明显优于丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂外用的患者,经济实惠,安全性高,避免了长期使用激素所带来的药物不良反应,值得临床进行推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanfu plaster in treating allergic rhinitis during three periods of greatest heat in summer. Methods： To select 100 allergic rhinitis patients treated in our hospital during 2012 to 2013 and randomly divided them into control group of 50 cases and treatment group of 50 cases. Patients in the control group were given Beclometasone Dipropionate Aqueous nasal spray,2 times / day,while patients in the treatment group were primarily treated with plaster therapy during three periods of greatest heat,1 time / day. Comparing the effectiveness,safety and economic factors of the two groups and observing the improvement of clinical symptoms by the change of scores. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 72%,lower than 90% of the treatment group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）; The cost of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The main clinical symptoms of patients in the treatment group were better relieved than that of patients in the control group,and the main clinical symptoms scores of the patients in the treatment group were lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The treatment group has higher safety and lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Treating allergic rhinitis with Sanfu plaster during three periods of greatest heat in summer has a satisfactory clinical result,which is better than Beclometasone Dipropionate Aqueous nasal spray. It is economic and safe（ by avoiding long-term use of hormone）,thus it is worthy of application in clinical.
