先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压患者血清血管紧张素-(1-7)水平变化与心脏重构的研究 被引量:1

The study of the levels of serum Angiotensin-(1-7) and cardiac remodeling in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension due to congenital heart disease

摘要 目的 观察先天性心脏病(CHD)伴肺动脉高压(PAH)患者血清中血管紧张素-(1-7)[Ang-(1-7)]含量水平的变化,探讨其与心脏重构的关系.方法 收集先天性心脏病肺动脉高压患者90例,根据心脏彩超的临床指标,将其分为无心脏重构组和心脏重构组,其中无心脏重构组69例,心脏重构组21例.并收集正常对照组30例.应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清Ang-(1-7)酶含量,所得实验数据使用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行分析.结果 正常对照组(A组)、先天性无心脏重构组(B组)、先天性心脏病心脏重构组(C组)中Ang-(1-7)含量测定值分别为(17.39± 1.33)pg/ml、(21.73±3.91)pg/ml和(12.52±1.85)pg/ml.无重构组的Ang-(1-7)含量较正常对照组显著升高;重构组Ang-(1-7)含量较其他两组水平显著降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 先天性心脏病心脏重构患者比无重构患者血清Ang-(1-7)含量显著降低. Objective We observed the Angiotensin-( 1-7 )[Ang-(1-7) ] protein levels in the serum with congenital heart disease (CHD) combined with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), and investigated the correlation of those and cardiac remodeling with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Methods 90 patients with con- genital heart disease and 30 normal eontrol patients were eolleeted. The patients with non-cardiac remodeling group are 69 eases, the patients with cardiac remodeling group are 21 cases, The serum level of Ang-( 1-7 ) protein lev- els were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 19.0 software. Results The Ang-(1-7) protein levels in plasma measured by enzyme-linked immunosor- bent assay were (17.39±1.33)pg/ml, (21.73±3.91)pg/ml, (12.52±1.85)pg/ml in normal control group, congeni- tal heart disease with non-cardiac remodeling group, congenital heart disease with cardiac remodeling group. The levels of Ang-( 1-7 ) protein levels showed significantly difference among the three groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Ang-(1-7) protein levels in the patients with congenital heart disease combined with cardiac remodeling have sig- nificantly decreased.
