预防静脉桥再狭窄的基因治疗研究现状

摘要 动脉粥样硬化导致的冠状动脉疾病是全世界疾病死亡的一个主要原因。对于轻度至中度或慢性稳定的冠状动脉疾病而言,药物疗法有助于控制症状并延缓疾病进展,但经皮介入治疗和冠状动脉旁路移植手术(coronary artery bypass graft,CABG)在急性或严重的情况下是必要的。
