摘要
探讨人们学习社交舞的动机,以及学习社交舞对情绪和工作压力的影响。439名SALSA舞爱好者作为研究受试者。通过探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,发现社交舞学习动机问卷有展现自我魅力、改善社交能力、提升自我修养和快速入门学习4个因素。问卷具有良好的信度和效度,4个因素与跳舞频率、跳舞热情、舞龄和情绪呈现了不同的相关。通过横向研究发现,无论舞龄长短,跳舞组都比做其他体育运动组报告了更高的正性情绪。通过纵向研究发现,长期(3.5周)和短期(1.5 h)学习社交舞均显著提高了正性情绪和降低负性情绪,但工作压力只在长期跳舞后才有显著降低。研究结果对于如何吸引人们参与体育运动有重要的科学参考价值。
This study investigated the learning motivation of social dancers and the impact of social dance on individual emotion and job stress. Four hundred and thirty-nine SALSA dancers participated in this study. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis showed that the learning motivation of social dancers had four dimensions that are self-presentation,self-promotion,social restoration and easiness to learn. The motivation of social dancer scales had good reliability and validity,and showed that the four dimensions of learning motivation were related to passion for dancing,dancing frequency,dancing years and value of PANAS. The dance group reported higher level positive emotion compared with other sports groups,regardless of the dancing years. Long-term SALSA dancing( 3. 5 weeks) significantly reduced participants' negative emotion and job stress,while short-term SALSA dancing( 1. 5 hours) significant reduced participants' negative emotion and promoted positive emotion other than job stress. This study has important value on how to attract people to participate in exercise.
