摘要
为了探索不同躯干支柱力量训练对身体姿态控制的影响程度,通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计和比较分析等研究方法,对运动训练专业的24名学生进行为期10周的稳定状态和非稳定状态下的2种实验训练。研究表明实验组和对照组的"T字型"和"W字型"跑测试成绩均有显著性提高,实验组的增长幅度更大一些,而且躯干支柱力量训练对提高不同变向条件下的灵敏性和不同运动面时的身体姿态稳定性均具有显著作用;2组学生的"八级俯桥"和"五级侧桥"测试分值均也呈现非常显著性提高,而且非稳定训练效果要好于稳定训练;非稳定状态下的脊柱两侧肌肉力量训练可以更好地提高本体感受器敏感性,募集更多、深层的稳定肌参与运动,进而提高神经对肌肉控制的精确性和身体协调性。
Twenty-four students majored in sports training of Capital University of Physical Education and Sports were selected in this study,and they participated in ten weeks pillar strength training under stable and unstable conditions,for exploring the difference of impact of the two pillar strength trainings on the ability of body posture control and balance,by the methods of documentary analysis,experiment,comparison and mathematical-statistics etc. The results showed that performance of"W"and"T"shapes running is significantly improved in both control and experiment groups,and that in experimental group increases more than that in control group. The pillar strength training has influence on the sensitivity of different directions and the body gesture stability on different exercise surfaces. The scores of five levels lateral"bridge"and eight levels prone"bridge"in both groups are increased,and the effect of the unstable training is better than that of stable training. The spine muscle strength training on unstable surface can improve the sensitivity of proprioceptor,and recruit more deep stable muscle in exercise,to improve the accuracy of nerve to muscle control and body coordination.
