第28届男篮亚锦赛中国队攻防能力分析

Offensive and Defensive Abilities of Chinese Team in the 28th Men's Basketball Championship

采用文献资料、专家访谈、录像观察、数理统计和比较分析等研究方法,对中国队与对手在28届男篮亚锦赛中的攻防技术指标进行比较分析。得出:本届中国队在进攻得分能力、拼抢防守篮板球能力、助攻、盖帽方面占有绝对优势,而在进攻篮板、失误的控制、抢断方面要略逊于对手。此外,相比较于参加26届亚锦赛的中国队,本届中国队在得分能力与进攻手段方面有所进步,但在抢断、失误与犯规的控制方面还存在差距。为确保中国队在里约奥运会上取得好的成绩,在后期的训练中,中国男篮应提高思想认识,认清与欧美强队的差距;增加比赛交流,提高大赛经验;坚持体能的科学训练;加强进攻与防守的针对性训练,从而提高与欧美强队之间的攻防对抗能力。

This paper analyzed offense and defense techniques indexes of Chinese team and its opponents in the28 th Men＇s Basketball Championship by the methods of literature review,interview,video observation,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis. Chinese team has absolute advantages in scoring,defensive rebound,assist,and block,but is not well at offensive rebound,turnover and steal compared with opponents. Compared with the Chinese team in the 26 th Asian Championships,this Chinese team has some progress on scoring and offense,but not in steal,turnover and foul control. To ensure a good result in Rio Olympic Games,Chinese men＇s basketball team should enhance their understanding,recognize gap with European and American strong teams,increase competition communication and add related experience,persist scientific physical training,and strengthen targeted training on offense and defense in the later training.
