中超联赛各比赛位置球员跑动距离及强度特征研究

Running Distance and Intensity Characteristics of Each Position Players in Chinese Football Association Super League

研究足球比赛中不同位置球员跑动量和强度,探讨其进攻和防守跑动特点,为训练和比赛提供参考。运用移动跟踪技术对中超联赛球员跑动距离和强度进行测量,统计整理数据,分析对比不同位置球员攻守跑动距离和强度特征。结论:1)球队攻守实力,比赛要求,位置职责,个人特点是影响球员跑动主要因素。2)边后卫跑动处于较高水平,跑动距离仅低于前卫线,高强度跑比例相对较高。3)中后卫跑动水平在各位置中处于最末位,走动距离比例最高。4)边前卫跑动距离在各位置中处于第2位,强度高于所有位置,进攻性跑动强度高于防守性跑动。5)中前卫跑动距离位列第1,防守性各强度跑动距离明显高于进攻性跑动。6)突前前卫跑动距离高于后卫线及前锋,低于其他前卫位置,高强度跑比例较低。7)前锋跑动距离在各位置中排列第五,跑动强度位列第2。8)中超联赛各比赛位置球员跑动距离和强度特点与欧洲高水平足球联赛球员跑动特征基本一致。总跑动距离和高强度跑距离的差距是影响联赛水平一个重要原因。

This research analyzed running distance and intensity of different position players in football game and discussed their offense and defense running traits for providing reference for training and competition. Mobile tracking technology was used to measure players＇ running distance and intensity in Chinese Football Association Super League,and the traits were analyzed. Conclusions： 1） Team offense and defense power,match requirement,position duty,personal character are the main factors to influence player＇s running. 2） Outside defender＇s running is at a high level,the running distance is only lower than that of advance guard,and has high rate of high intensity running. 3） Center back＇s running level is the lowest one and walking distance is the highest running percentage of all. 4） Winger is the second one in the running distance and is highest running intensity position,and aggressive running intensity is higher than defensive running intensity. 5） Center mid-fielder＇s running distance is highest,defensive running distance of intensity higher than that of offense. 6） Forward-advance guard＇s running distance is much higher than that of rear guard line and forward,but is lower than other forwards,and has low rate of high intensity running. 7） Forward＇s running distance is No. 5 and running intensity is No. 2. 8） The match position players＇ running distance and intensity features of Chinese Football Association Super League and European high level football leaguesare similar. The gap of total running distance and high intensity running distance between Chinese Football Association Super League and European high level football leagues is an important reason for affecting league level.
