摘要
目的合理的方法设计是优化药物提取思路的重要条件。基于非线性贪婪算法的新方法探究是一种利用数学模型探寻快速合理的新型提取方法的有效尝试。方法以贪婪算法为指导设计实验,以已报道的穿山龙药材的提取现状为基础。以含量测定结合显微观察为考察评价指标,探究评估新型的提取方案。同时结合植物显微结构的特征。建立低功率超声与回流的交叉提取的动力学模型,探究低功率超声强化回流提取的理论基础。结果基于贪婪算法的设计思路得到的“超声强化回流提取”在穿山龙活性成分提取中具有明显的优越性。与传统的提取方法相比皂苷提取率高出0.15%,多糖的提取率高出0.30%,且大大缩短了提取时间,增大了细胞破壁率。结论尝试拓宽中药材提取思路,为药材的提取提供新的思路和方法。
Objective Rational method of design is the important condition of optimizing drug extraction. A new method based on nonlinear greedy algorithm is a kind of mathematical model search for fast reasonable new extraction method of effective attempt. Methods Guided by the greedy algorithm to design the experiment, this study with the reported yam medicine based on the extraction of the status quo, content determination in combination with microscopic observation as evaluation index, to explore the evaluation of new extraction scheme, at the same time, combining the feature of plant microstructure, establish low power dynamic model of the cross of ultrasonic and reflux extraction, probe into low power ultrasonic reflux extraction theoretical basis. Results Results show that the design idea based on greedy algorithm of ultrasonic strengthening reflux extraction in yam extract active ingredient has obvious . Conclusion This study is to try to broaden the traditional Chinese medicine extraction, offers a new thought and method for the extraction of medicinal materials.
