摘要
大数据正渗透到每一个行业和业务职能领域,气象行业也不例外。目前气象观测资料包含海量信息,呈现出显著的大数据特征。文章比较分析了国内外气象数据管理服务系统,提出气象大数据协同迫切需要解决的3个核心问题,构建包含资源协同、技术协同、服务协同3个层次的气象大数据协同模式,以解决气象"数据孤岛"现象,实现大数据价值。
The big data is penetrating every industry and every business function field. Meteorological industry is no exception. Currently Meteorological data contains vast amounts of information and has shown significant characteristics of large data. This paper used a comparative analysis of meteorological data management service system domestic and foreign and raised three core issues which should be solved urgently of meteorological data collaboration building the meteorological large transactions including three levels about resources, technical collaboration and service cooperation to solve the meteorological data silos with the purposeof achieving high data value.
