摘要
采用原位合成法制备了CL-20/TATB复合物,并与机械混合法制备的混合药剂进行比较,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、摩擦感度测试和静电感度测试对药剂进行了表征。结果表明:原位合成法制备的TATB粒度为6μm,TATB对CL-20的包覆效果比机械混合法的包覆效果更完整均匀;DSC分析表明,原位包覆法样品中CL-20的热分解温度比纯CL-20的热分解温度更高;机械感度和静电感度测试结果表明,相比机械混合法制备的混合药剂,在相同配比下原位合成法制备的CL-20/TATB复合物显示出更好的钝感效果。
The mixture of CL-20/TATB was prepared by the in-situ coating method, and compared with that by the mechanical mixing method, the materials were characterized by SEM, DSC, friction sensitivity test and electrostatic sensitivity test. The results show that the TATB grained sizes by the in-situ coating method were about 6μm, compared with the sample prepared by mechanical mixing method, the sample prepared by in-situ coating method with the same TATB content has a better coverage. The DSC show that, compared with the pure CL-20, the sample prepared by in-situ coating method with the CL-20 of complex agent has a higher decomposition temperature, the friction sensitivity test and electrostatic sensitivity test show that in the same proportion, the sample prepared by in-situ coating method has a better insensitive effect.
