粒度级配对HMX基浇注PBX性能的影响

The Influence of Particle Graduation on the Property of Cast HMX-based PBX

摘要 为了研究粒度级配对浇注型HMX基浇注PBX性能的影响,制备出HMX/HTPB粘结体系质量比为88%/12%、200~300μm HMX/5μm HMX级配比分别为3∶1、2∶1及1∶1的3种PBX。对3种PBX进行了形貌表征、固化成型性分析及热分解性能、撞击感度测试。结果表明:级配方式为3∶1与2∶1的PBX在60℃、固化6h的条件下可以固化成型,形貌上无明显缺陷;级配方式为2∶1的PBX的表观活化能为493.59 k J·mol-1,热爆炸临界温度为295.69℃,特性落高H50为55cm,热稳定性与撞击感度均优于其他两种PBX,综合性能最好。 In order to study the influence of particle graduation on cast HMX-based PBX, three kinds of PBX are prepared with the 88%/12% ratio of HMX/HTPB and the graduation ratios of 3:1, 2:1 and 1:1 for 200~300μm HMX to 5μm HMX. The characteristic properties of the three PBXs thus obtained have been confirmed by SEM, XRD, DSC, and the impact sensitivity was measured. It was observed that it is easier for the PBXs with the particle graduations of 3:1 and 2:1 at 60℃ to take shape. The activation energy(E) of the PBX with the particle graduation of 2:1 is 493.59 k J·mol-1, whose thermal explosion critical temperature is 295.69℃ and drop height(H50) is 55 cm, which show the best thermal stability and impact sensitivity, so the PBX with the particle graduation of 2:1 has the best performance.
