补肾益气通淋方治疗绝经后尿路感染的临床研究

Clinical Study of Bushen Yiqi Tonglin Decoction Treating Urinary Tract Infection in Postmenopausal Women

目的 :观察补肾益气通淋方治疗绝经后尿路感染的临床疗效。方法 :97例绝经后尿路感染患者按就诊先后顺序分为三组,对照组29例给予盐酸左氧氟沙星,治疗1组32例给予盐酸左氧氟沙星联合雌三醇外涂,治疗2组36例给予补肾益气通淋方。观察三组患者尿路症状(尿频、尿急、尿痛、血尿)消失时间、尿常规恢复正常时间及半年内复发率,评价疗效。结果:与对照组和治疗1组比较,治疗2组尿路症状消失时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗2组的尿常规恢复正常时间显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗1组比较,治疗2组的尿常规恢复正常时间缩短,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗1组和治疗2组的显效率和总有效率均显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);与治疗1组比较,治疗2组的显效率和总有效率有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两治疗组半年内复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗2组随访6个月的复发率显著低于治疗1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :补肾益气通淋方有利于尿路症状的缓解及尿道炎症的清除,能够减少尿路感染的复发,提高疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Yiqi Tonglin decoction on treating urinary tract infection in postmenopausal women. Methods：According to the registration sequence,97 postmenopausal wom- en with urinary tract infection were divided into the control group（n=29,given levofloxacin hydrochloride）, treatment group l（n=32,given levofloxacin hydrochloride and estriol ointment） and treatment group 2（n=36, given Bushen Yiqi Tonglin decoction）： Then the time of urinary tract symptoms（frequent urination,urgent urination,odynuria and hematuria） disappearing and routine urine examination to be normal,and recurrence rate after half year were observed. Results：In comparison with the control group and treatment group 1 ,the time of urinary symptoms disappearing in treatment group 2 decreased,with statistical significance（P〈0.05 and P〈0.01,respectively） ;compared with the control group,the time of routine urine examination to be nor- mal in treatment group 2 decreased,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;compared with the treatment group 1,the time of routine urine examination to be normal in treatment group 2 decreased,without statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Compared with the control group,obvious effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group 1 and group 2 increased,with statistical significance（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;compared with the treatment group 1 ,obvious effective rate and total effective rate in treatment group 2 increased ,without statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Compared with the control group,recurrence rate after half year in treatment group 1 and group 2 decreased,with statistical significance（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;compared with the treat ment group 1 ,the recurrence rate after half year decreased（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Bushen Yiqi Tonglin de- coction could .relieve the symptoms of urinary tract,treat urinary tract inflammation and reduce remission to improve the therapeutic effect.
