完全胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌根治术后严重并发症及其影响因素分析

Totally thoracoscopic and its influence factors of severe complications of non small cell lung cancer after radical operation analysis

目的:探讨完全胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌根治术(C-VATS)后发生严重并发症的原因。方法:选取非小细胞肺癌患者共24例,患者均行完全胸腔镜根治手术治疗,分析患者病理学资料,统计其并发症情况,分析影响因素。结果:本次研究中术后严重并发症总发生率为8.34%。影响完全胸腔镜非小细胞肺癌根治术后预后质量的因素主要有病理分期、分化水平、辅助放化疗、淋巴清扫移除枚数以及站数。结论:完全胸腔镜根治术治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效好,术后严重并发症发生率低,值得临床重视。

Objective： To investigate the causes of serious complications totally video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for non small cell lung cancer after radical resection. Methods.. To select 24 NSCLC patients treated by radical operation completely thoracoscopic treatment in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014, and to analysis patients ＇ pathological data, statistics of its complications, influence factor retrospectively. Results.. The total incidence rate of postoperative complications was 8.34 % in 24 patients. The prognostic factors of postoperative qual- ity are the main pathological staging, differentiation level, adjuvant chemoradiotherapy, lymph node dissection and removed a number of stations. Conclusion.. C-VATS has a good effect in the treatment of NSCLC and a low inci dence of postoperative complications is worthy of attention and thinking.
