粉料与颗粒料中有机酸含量随储存时间变化规律的研究

摘要 试验旨在研究有机酸在粉料与颗粒料中随储存时间的变化规律。有机酸与饲料混合,一部分为粉料,一部分制成颗粒料,其中有机酸浓度为6 mg/g,将两种类型饲料分别采取3种不同的储存方式:Ⅰ编织袋、Ⅱ内衬膜编织袋、Ⅲ密封袋。分别在储存时间第1、30、50、70 d取样,采取高效液相色谱法分析饲料中的有机酸含量。结果表明:1粉料中有机酸含量随储存时间的延长显著降低,70 d时3种储存方式(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ)下有机酸含量的下降率分别为17.37%、12.99%、12.83%(P<0.01)。2颗粒料中有机酸含量随储存时间的延长也下降,但幅度较小,70 d时3组下降率为5.36%、5.05%、3.94%(P>0.05)。3储存天数相同,储存方式不同,有机酸含量的下降率不同,3种储存方式中有机酸含量依次为:Ⅲ>Ⅱ>Ⅰ。由此可见:随储存时间延长,有机酸含量在颗粒料中比在粉料中损失量少,同时,密封性越好,有机酸含量损失量越少。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the change law of organic acid in the powderand grain feedstuff with the time of storage. Organic acid was added to the feed, which showed powderon one part and grain feedstuff on the other part with 6 mg/g organic acid. Two types of feed adoptthree different storage methods: Ⅰ, woven bag; Ⅱ, lined with polyethylene film bag; Ⅲ, hermetic bag.Sampling time was at 1, 30, 50 and 70 days. And organic acid was measured by HPLC. The resultsshowed as follows: 1With the increase of the storage time, the content of organic acid in the powdersignificantly declined. At 70 days, the reduction rate of organic acid content under three storage meth-ods(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ) were 17.37%, 12.99%, and 12.83%(P〈0.01) respectively. 2With the increase of thestorage time, the content of organic acid in the grain feedstuff also declined, but grain feedstuff de-creased less rapidly than powder. At 70 days, the reduction rate of three groups were 5.36%, 5.05%,and 3.94%(P〈0.05). 3Under the same storage days, the content of organic acid getting descendingrates varied with the different storage methods. The content of organic acid under three storage meth-ods were in order: ⅢⅡⅠ. In conclusion, the content of organic acid in the grain feedstuff de-creased less than the one in the powder with the increase of the storage time. And, the better the seal-ing, the less the reduction rate of organic acid content.
