日粮中添加有机铜、铁、锌、锰对育肥猪生长性能及减排的影响 被引量:13

摘要 试验旨在探讨育肥猪饲粮中添加有机铜、铁、锌和锰对育肥猪生长性能和微量元素减排的影响。试验选取240头杜长大三元杂交猪作为研究对象,对照组采用2012版NRC推荐微量元素水平,试验组采用50%NRC水平,试验期90 d。结果表明:添加50%NRC水平的有机微量元素对育肥猪的生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05),但平均日增重和腹泻率有显著改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比,50%有机微量元素最终分别使粪中锌、铜、锰分别降低了51.78%、21.71%和16.82%,粪铁降低的不明显。因此,饲粮中添加无机微量元素一半的有机微量元素不仅不会影响育肥猪的生长性能,同时还是育肥猪粪便微量元素减排的有效方法。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of organic copper, iron, zinc, manganeseon growth performance and emissions of finishing pigs. Two hundred and forty crossed-bred pigs(Du-roc×Landrace×Yorkshine) were chosen in present study, the control group level of diary trace mineralswas designed according to 2012 NRC, the experiment group level of diary race minerals was 50%NRC, the trial lasted for 90 days. The results showed as bellows: there was no significant difference be-tween experiment group and control group of growth performance(P〈0.05), however, compared withcontrol group the organic trace minerals was significantly increase(P〈0.05) the average daily gain anddiarrhea of finishing pigs; compared with the control group the content of zinc, copper and manganesein fecal were reduced 51.78%, 21.71% and 16.82%, respectively. There was no changed of the contentof iron in fecal between the control and experiment group. It is conclude that supplemented the organ-ic trace minerals, which half the level of inorganic trace minerals in finishing pigs dairy have no ef-fects of growth performance, at the same time, it will reduce the content of trace minerals in fecal.
