再生顶板下巷道布置及支护离散元模拟 被引量:10

摘要 为确定再生顶板下巷道掘进合理位置及支护形式,考虑再生顶板的形成过程及特点,以UDEC数值模拟为主要研究手段,采用voronoi块体划分方法,建立了再生顶板下巷道布置及支护模型,分别对再生顶板下不同位置、不同留顶厚度及不同支护形式下的巷道开挖进行了模拟.结果表明:再生顶板下巷道顶板中的垂直应力一般小于原岩垂直应力,平均为原岩垂直应力的0.6倍;再生顶板下巷道布置宜选用内错布置,内错距离为3~6m;巷道合理留顶厚度为0.8m以上;巷道支护形式宜采用锚杆与架棚及喷浆联合支护,必要时可进行超前注浆加固. To get the proper position and support form of roadway under the regenerated roof, a UDEC numerical simulation model of roadway layout and its support under the regenerated roof was built with the block division method of voronoi. A series of simulations about the roadway with different layout position, various top-remaining thickness and different support forms was carried out. The results show that the normal stress in the regenerated roof is smaller than primary rock stress with the ratio value 0.6, and inner crossing layout is the appropriate form of the roadway layout whose inner crossing distance is 3 to 6 meters. The proper top-remaining thickness is more than 0.8 meter. The combined support of anchor, shed and guniting is good roadway support form, and pre-grouting should be utilized when it is necessary.
