摘要
针对自然灾害风险的有效期评估问题,分析了其面临的影响因素的确定、有效信息获取、多影响因素的综合效果评估3个关键问题,进而采用由"初级信息收集层"、"有效信息优化层"、"综合结果评估层"和"最优结果扩散层"的4层复式智联网模型给予解决.此外,利用某区域农作物干旱风险的有效期评估的模拟案例,演示了该方法的应用.结果表明,基于多层同态信息处理的复式智联网,可以为涉及众多因素的自然灾害风险有效期评估问题提供有效的解决方法.
This paper discusses the meaning of the period of validity of natural disaster risk and points out three difficulties in resolving the period of validity, i.e. the determination of the impact factors, the acquisition of the related information and the evaluation of all the factors. Aiming at these problems, the paper puts forward a four-layer multiple intelligences of Internet(M-IOI), which includes layers for primary information collection, effective information optimization, comprehensive evaluation and information diffusion. Besides, a simulated case is used to explain the application of the M-IOI, which laid a basis for further application in actual cases. Results show that the M-IOI is a promising method to evaluate the period of natural disaster risk.
